Hello, Olá, Hola — I’m Ana Mello
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Whether you’re struggling with big emotions and behaviours, family changes, or feeling lost in the chaos, support is possible — and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m a Psychotherapist, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents & families through life’s challenges – helping them build emotional resilience, repair connection, and feel more in control of their lives.
Whether I’m supporting a child having a tough time with emotions or behaviours, a teen feeling lost or traumatized, or a family working to reconnect, I create a space where people feel safe, understood and empowered to grow. I meet people where they are, with warmth, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
Having navigated life transitions myself, I understand the emotional, cultural, and systemic challenges many of us face. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and I’m committed to offering inclusive care where all voices are heard, valued, and supported.
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family — or you’re a professional looking to collaborate, refer or seeking supervision — I’d love to connect.
